Salt N Strands ships from two locations:
- Our Warehouse → Shipping is included in the item price (noted in the description)
- St. George, Utah Location → Shipping is calculated at checkout
🔁 Returns
We want you to love what you ordered 🤍
- You have 14 days to decide if your items are right for you
- To start a return, please use the “REDO Returns” portal in the footer of our website
📦 Important Return Details
- Returns must follow our boutique guidelines
- Once approved, you will receive store credit (no expiration date)
- All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return
🚚 Return Shipping
We’ve made returns easy with Redo (you may have seen this at checkout):
- If you selected Redo at checkout → Return shipping is covered for you
- If not → Return shipping costs will apply
📍 Drop Shipping Orders
If your item was shipped from one of our partners:
- Please contact Salt N Strands directly (saltnstrands@gmail.com) for return assistance
- These orders follow the same return guidelines
- Some items may have a 7-day return window depending on the supplier
